How do I deposit?

• Online banking & e-wallet — pay with FPX, DuitNow QR or your e-wallet. Your wallet is credited as soon as the payment confirms.
• PayPal or Crypto (USDT) — pay with your PayPal balance or card, or send USDT on TRON/BSC. Your wallet is credited as soon as the payment confirms.

How do I withdraw?

• Open your Wallet → Withdraw, enter the amount and your bank-account details.
• Our team transfers the money to your bank manually — most requests are processed within a few hours during operating hours.
• You need to make at least one deposit before your first withdrawal.
• Each deposit has to be played once — wagered with real money up to its own amount — before that money can be withdrawn. Bonus bets, free bets and cancelled bets do not count. Winnings already in your wallet are not held.
• In total, you can withdraw up to what you have wagered with real money, less what you have already withdrawn. The Withdraw page shows how much you can take out now.
• Funds are reserved on your wallet the moment you submit, and deducted once we confirm the transfer.

How do the bonuses work?

• Bonus credit is separate from your cash balance. To turn bonus into withdrawable cash, you play through a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus.
• Make your first deposit to receive the 50% first-deposit match.
• The first-deposit bonus is one per person. A first deposit paid with a card that another account has already used does not get the bonus.
• The bonus expires 14 days after it is granted if unused.
