Users must be of legal age (18 years of age or older) to access and use the My88Win gaming platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

Cheating, fraud, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
My88Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Every deposit must be wagered at least once (1× its amount) with real money before that deposit can be withdrawn. Until then, the unplayed part of the deposit stays in your account and can be used only to play.
In addition, the total you can withdraw is limited to the total you have wagered with real money, less everything you have already withdrawn or have requested to withdraw.
Only real-money bets count towards these requirements. Bonus bets, free bets, and cancelled, voided or refunded bets do not count.
The requirements are calculated separately for each currency and cannot be transferred between accounts.
A withdrawal request that does not meet these requirements is declined automatically, and the funds remain in your account. The Withdraw page shows how much you can withdraw at any time.
Depositing in order to move money through the platform without genuine play, using another person’s payment method, or holding linked or duplicate accounts may cause a withdrawal to be held or declined while we verify your identity and the source of your funds, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
These requirements apply to deposits made on or after 4 October 2026.

One account per person. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household, we may merge them into a single account. We will not void a genuine balance for this reason — real balances are paid to the verified account holder.
Welcome and first-deposit bonuses are limited to one per person. A first-deposit bonus is forfeited, and cannot be claimed later, if the deposit is paid with a card that has already been used on another account. The deposit itself is still credited in full.
Before releasing a withdrawal we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, your National Identity Card) and to confirm that the receiving bank account is yours (for example, a bank passbook page or statement).
Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account held in the registered account holder’s own name. We do not send funds to a third party’s account.
We may place a withdrawal on hold while these checks are completed. Your funds remain in your account during any hold, and we aim to finish verification within 24 hours of receiving the documents we request.

Slot Rebate pays back a share of each real-money bet you place on slot games. The current rate, payment step and daily limit for your currency are shown on the Promotions page. If Slot Rebate is not shown there for your currency, it is not running for it.
Only real-money bets on slot games earn a rebate. Bets placed with bonus funds and free bets do not.
Your rebate is paid automatically to your cash balance each time your earnings reach the payment step. There is nothing to claim.
Rebate payments carry no extra wagering requirement. They become part of your cash balance, and the normal withdrawal rules in these terms apply to them.
Earnings are limited to a daily maximum. Each day runs from midnight to midnight Sri Lanka time.
Cancelled or voided bets do not earn a rebate. If a bet that has already earned a rebate is cancelled later, that amount is taken back from your future rebate earnings. It is never deducted from your balance.
We may exclude from Slot Rebate any account that breaks these terms.
